You and your entire staff deserve to be highly complimented for your professionalism, efficiency and superb customer service. Also, the quality of the sunroom itself is unsurpassed.
I would especially like to mention the work of Jeff, the young man who performed the lion’s share of the installation. He embodies what is today a vanishing trait: That of a true craftsman. He has the old fashioned attitude of doing the job right the first time. This coupled with his keen eye for detail makes him a master of his trade in every respect.

Thank you Reno Sunrooms for a beautiful addition to my house, and my backyard, the installation went really fast. I think the color is great and the size of the room is perfect. The installers really worked hard to get it done as quickly as possible and the electrician did a great job with my light fixtures and Mike the guy installing my door was great; he even went our of his way to get materials for me that I needed to get for him to finish the job. With my husband out of town with the truck that was VERY helpful! I love the look of the French doors going into the room. Over all, the professionalism of the people you have hired or contracted have been really impressive. Kenny was very professional and I was very comfortable entrusting him to work on the sunroom and have access to my house while I was working.
I just wanted to let you know how thankful we are for choosing you to do our sunroom. It has exceeded our expectations. We went out into our sunroom the other day after it had been getting a lot of sun and the room was comfortable. Needless to say we will be enjoying a lot of family moments in this room that we would not have been able to do if it wasn’t for your workmanship. The quality of this addition to our house is so wonderful.
I also wanted to compliment the workers. We had the construction men here first and they were so wonderful with our 3 curious boys. They were all polite and well mannered. Thank you for caring about who works in and around our homes. The men that delivered were very polite and the men that did our building were exceptional. We are so happy with our sunroom (solarium). It was a pleasure to have Josh and his workers here. They did a very efficient and professional job. They were a competent and able team, doing things in an orderly way.

As new owners of a Reno Sunroom, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for your staff that assisted us in getting the sunroom completed. We had experienced various unexpected challenges with the Spring Creek Association and the Elko County Building Department, but your staff was excellent in working with us as well as the other parties involved to see this project through to its completion. While this process can be somewhat frustrating, your staff was supportive, patient, and encouraging at all times. Above all, they followed through. Ultimately, the plans were approved and work began. Your lead installer, Josh, did an excellent job in constructing and installing the sunroom! He was ever the pleasant gentleman as we asked questions and sought clarification. If he did not know an answer to a particular question, he was quick to get the answer and communicate it back to us. Thank you for allowing him to work on our project!

Our experience with your company was excellent. From our first meeting with Judy and her answers to our questions were very helpful in deciding about our sunroom. Knowing up front the costs, time frames, and procedures for construction from start to finish was very helpful and comforting. Jeff is very professional and through his precise measuring determined how the sunroom would fit into the existing structure. The job went smoothly and there were no surprises. Everything fit exactly into place. Armando and Junior enjoy their work and take great care to make sure everything is cut and fitted exactly. They answered all questions and explained what hey were doing as I watch them work. Bill did the electric and also answered questions and explained what he was doing. Every person that we dealt with at Reno Sunrooms was very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing which I believe leads to the highest quality job a person can expect. Based on our experience with Reno Sunrooms I would highly recommend them.

My family decided to install a sunroom last fall, so in December we contacted Reno Sunrooms. Judy came to our house on Saturday, December 16th so that all members of our family were at home. She was very polite and extremely hilarious. We were shown all the designs you had to offer, given demonstrations of your product strength, and she even offered to let us view her personal sunroom to get an idea of the finished product. When it was time for us to make a final decision, she graciously stepped outside to give us some privacy.
Next Steve cam tot do some measuring. I would have to say he is one of the most patient people I have ever met! Because of our unclear property lines, he had to come out several times to re-measure to make sure our room was within city codes. Our design had to be changed from the original design, and he made sure to keep us informed of every change he made. Steve also took time to explain why these changes were necessary. At the expense of Reno Sunrooms we had a new property survey done and the project was again on its way.
We now have a beautiful sunroom to enjoy, and several Reno Sunrooms employees to thank!

Talk about customer service, you folks at Reno Sunrooms are perfectionists. WOW, all this in less than a month, as I made an appointment with your sales representative who met with me on the 8th of March, 2002, to the time Jeff said it is all done and I was enjoying a cup of coffee in my new sunroom on April 11.

I am writing this note as a commendation for Mr. Kevin Comstock, who recently installed my new solarium.
Kevin was meticulous in his attention to detail, and the quality of his installation resulted in a very attractive and comfortable room. Friends and relatives are very impressed, most of them having no experience of how the atmosphere of a sunroom adds to the home.
In addition to the carefulness with which he worked, Kevin was always very pleasant and willing to answer my questions, which were many. He explained fully to me the various stages of the construction as he went, and his patience was much appreciated. His professionalism was outstanding.
Gentlemen:
We want to express our appreciation of Josh for an excellent job of installing our sunroom. Josh went above and beyond the basic installation task by suggesting a couple of design alterations that make the finished room more practical and even better looking.
He was always happy to answer our many questions and keep us updated as the work progressed. The day our hot tub was delivered and one of the sunroom walls had to be temporarily removed to put it in, he was even kind enough to help move a very heavy set of French doors that had been delivered late by Home Depot and had been sitting in our garage because we had not way to get them inside.
We’re very pleased with the way everything turned out!
